How do credits work and how many candidates can I reach?

Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits are spent as you search, contact, screen and interview candidates, so your allowance maps directly to how many candidates you can reach each month. Every plan card shows its estimated reach, like screening or interview calls. On Enterprise we size the credit volume to your hiring targets.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel from your account at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

Are there any setup fees?

No, there are no hidden setup fees on Pro, Premium, Premium Plus or Enterprise. You only pay the flat monthly rate for your plan. Enterprise pricing is tailored to your volume and agreed upfront.
